Exchange
Exchanges are not allowed only in the following cases:
If you receive a damaged item.
If the wrong item has been delivered.
Exchange of the product can be done within 2-3 days.
Once the exchanged product is received, we will deliver the product within 7-10 days.
No Refunds
Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.
Instead, we’ll make sure you can choose something else your pet will love through an exchange or store credit.

If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, don’t worry — we’ll help you find the right item (subject to availability).
Return Shipping
- If we sent the wrong or a damaged item, we’ll cover the return shipping.
- For all other reasons, the return shipping cost will need to be covered by you.
